In order to better realize energy saving and emission reduction of telecommunication industry and save the lim-ited human, material and financial resources, it is advisable to develop energy-saving emission reduction plan based onlocal conditions. Reasonable analysis and evaluation of the feasibility of the scheme proposed were carried out with a viewto construct a communication industry evaluation system for energy saving and emission reduction. Reasonable energy-saving target was then set based on the system, and related energy saving technology were analyzed and evaluated, provid-ing a good solution for skill and technology promotion in the communication industry.
