基于行政区划调整的合肥市城郊旅游空间结构演变及优化

On the Evolution and Optimization of Suburban Tourism Spatial Layout Based on Hefei Administrative Divisions Adjustment

安徽省于2011年撤销地级巢湖市,对合肥市行政区划进行调整,新设的县级巢湖市、庐江县划归合肥市管辖。行政区划的调整,使得合肥市人口增加,城市范围扩大,城郊旅游空间也发生巨大变化。为了满足市民日益增长的休闲度假旅游需求,并且使得合肥城郊旅游得到更好的发展,基于合肥市行政区划调整的背景,运用城市中心距离、回转半径法、空间分布曲线及空间离散指数并借助GIS技术,分析出合肥市行政区划调整后城郊旅游空间结构的特征变化。结合合肥近几年城市空间发展趋势,将其城郊旅游优化为"三圈双核"的空间格局。

Anhui Province regulated Hefei administrative divisions with the revocation of Chaohu City in 2011, so that the new county-level Chaohu City and Lujiang County would be under the jurisdiction of Hefei City. The adjustment of administrative divisions has achieved both a rapid population growth and a scope expansion of Hefei City. Meanwhile, the suburban tourism spatial layout has been greatly changed. In order to meet the growing demand of leisure travelling and establish a high level development of suburban tourism in Hefei, the study aims to investigate the changes of spatial structure taking place against the administrative divisions adjustment, by such quantitative methods as distance from city centre, rotating radius, spatial distribution curve, discrete index of attraction and GIS as well. Besides, this study builds a development layout mode with three levels and two cores according to the spatial structure characteristics.
