摘要
本文从行政监管和监督理论入手,以社会保险法为依据,对社会保险行政监管与监督进行分析讨论,以梳理两者的边界,促进良性互动。
Beginning with the theory of administrative regulation and supervision, and based on Social Insurance Law, we conduct comparison on administrative regulation and supervision to clarify their boundary, and to promote their interacting.
