本文运用SWOT分析法,通过福建某三甲医院在医保总额控制下实施精细化管理后的效果评价,以了解医院实施医保精细化管理的优势、劣势、机遇和风险。
By using SWOT analysis, the effect of meticulous management under total budget control in three-A hospitals of Fujian province is estimated, therefore to understand its advantage, disadvantage, opportunities and challenges.
