改性生物质材料对模拟废水中Cu离子吸附研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用改性生物质吸附材料,对去除模拟废水中重金属Cu离子的吸附影响因素展开研究.通过单因素和正交试验,对影响吸附效果的生物质材料花生壳投加量、反应体系pH、反应时间、反应温度等变量进行了考察.结果显示,在Cu离子初始浓度50mg/L、反应体系pH4、反应温度20℃、反应时间120min、花生壳投放量0.8g/100mL时,对Cu离子吸附效果最好,吸附率可达90.63%;各因素对吸附模拟废水中重金属Cu离子的影响顺序为pH>反应温度>反应时间>投加量.研究表明,花生壳对模拟废水中重金属Cu离子具有良好的去除作用,但其实际应用有待于进一步探讨. This paper set to study at the basis of adsorption influencing factors,which influenced the elimination effect of the heavy metal Cu ions in the simulated wastewater by modification biomass adsorption material. Property of adsorption of Cu ions by modification biomass material could be measured through the change of concentration of heavy metal Cu ions in simulated wastewater around reaction. Possible influences including amount of peanut shells, reaction system pH, reaction time and temperature and so on were investigated through single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments. The results showed that, when initial concentration of Cu ions was 50 mg/L,reaction system was pH4, reaction temperature was 20℃, reaction time was 120min and amount of peanut shell was 0. 8g/100mL, the adsorption effect of Cu ions was the best and the adsorption rate was up to 90. 630/00; Individual factors on the impact of absorption of heavy metal Cu ions in the simulated waste water sequence: pH〉reaction temperature〉 reaction time〉 input. Studies had shown that,peanut shell had good elimination effect for removing heavy metal Cu ions in simulated wastewater. However,it will take more time for further discussion about actual development and application.
