校企合作培养卓越工程师的保障机制研究

校企合作是培养卓越工程师的关键因素.但"卓越计划"实践表明,因缺乏必要的保障机制,当前校企合作动力不强、深度不够的现实问题已成为影响卓越工程师培养质量的重要因素.为此,要通过做好创建组织机制、健全规章制度、增强师资力量、增加经费支持、共建实践教育基地以及完善培养质量体系等保障机制,深化校企合作以提高我国工程人才教育质量.

Therefore, to do a good job to create organization mechanism, perfect regulations system, strengthen the teachers strength, increase funding support, build and improve the culture quali- ty education practice base system security mechanisms,deepen the school enterprise cooperation, so as to improve the quality of Engineering Education in china.
