摘要
当前,在我国加大对应用型人才培养力度的背景下,在微观层面探讨如何开展应用型人才的培养是其重要的要义之一.通过分析应用型人才的概念、类型,以及具有适应能力的应用型人才应具备的核心要素,探索机电液一体化实验教学内容和教学方法改革,力求把应用型人才的培养纳入理性科学的轨道,为应用型人才的培养提供借鉴.
Based on the ground of training applied talents, one o{ the important main idea is to focus how to train applied talents by micro-level. Teaching contents and teaching reform of machine-electricity-liquid integration experiment will be explored by analyzing concepts and types of applied talents, and also by the core elements which should have for applied talents who have adaptive capacity. The aim is to afford references of training applied talents in order to bring training applied talents into The rational scientific orbit.
