总结腹腔镜下脾切除联合门-奇断流术后出血的观察和护理体会。观察和护理包括:术前护理、术后护理以及出院指导。术前护理包括心理护理、常规术前准备,术后护理包括一般护理、监测生命体征、引流管的护理以及并发症的预防和护理。认为合理的术前、术后护理可有效避免腹腔镜脾切除联合断流术后出血等并发症的发生。
To summarize the observation and nursing experience of hemorrhage after laparoscopic splenectomy and devascularization. The de- tails involve preoperative nursing, postoperative nursing and discharge instruction. Preoperative nursing include mental nursing and preoperative preparation. Postoperative nursing include general nursing, vital signs monitoring, nursing of drainage tube and the nursing of complications. Believe that reasonable preoperative nursing and postoperation nuesing can help effectively prevent the complications after laparoscopie sple- nectomy and devascularization.
