金属磨损自修复技术在汽车发动机维修中的应用

Application of Metal Wear Self-Repair Technology in Automobile Engine Maintenance

本文对汽车发动机的磨损机理进行了简要分析,然后对金属磨损自修复技术的基本原理进行了探讨,认为金属磨损自修复技术解决了传统解体发动机修复中存在的工序繁琐、维修时间长以及效果不佳等问题。进而对金属磨损自修复技术在汽车发动机维修中的应用进行了分析研究,根据不同的故障情况总结了维修的步骤和要点。

This paper briefly analyzed the wear mechanism of automobile engine, then discussed the basic principle of metal wear self-repair technology, it is believed that metal wear self-repair technique solves the problems existing in the traditional disintegrated engine repair, including trivial process, long time of repair, and bad effect. Thus, this paper further analyzed the application of metal wear self-repair technology in automobile engine repair, summarized the steps and key points of maintenance according to different fault conditions.
