摘要
铝合金零件如不进行适当的表面氧化处理,一旦长期暴露在空气中使用,很容易受到腐蚀;而经过氧化处理后,其耐蚀性能将大大提高。但是,带有盲孔的铝合金零件经过氧化处理后,盲孔内的氧化液不易清洗干净,在潮湿环境下易吸潮成为酸性溶液,腐蚀零件。因此对盲孔的清洗程度将影响盲孔零件的使用寿命。
Aluminum alloy parts without appropriate surface oxidation treatment, when used in long-term exposure in the air, are susceptible to corrosion; and after oxidation treatment, the corrosion resistance will get greatly improved. However, aluminum alloy parts with blind holes after oxidation treatment, the oxidation liquid inside the blind holes is not easy to be cleaned, in the humid environment, it will get easy absorption of moisture and then turns into acid solution, resulting in the corrosion of parts. Therefore, cleaning degree of blind holes will affect the service life of blind hole parts.
