配网用高导全铝导线与传统导线的比较研究

摘要 本文阐述了高导全铝导线比重轻、电阻小、强度高、无涡流损耗、安装方便等特点。对比了普通钢芯铝绞线(JL/G1A-630/45)和高导全铝导线(GQLHA4-675)在材料性能、高温弧垂特性、载流量和电阻损耗方面的特性。结果表明,高导全铝导线高温弧垂特性、载流量和电阻损耗均要优于钢芯铝绞线,能够有效地增加线路的送电能力,达到增容节能的功效。 In this paper, it was explained that high conductivity alUminum wire has the characteristics of light specif- ic gravity, low resistance, high strength, no eddy current loss, easy installation. Through the comparison between ordi- nary steel core aluminum strand JL/G1A-630/45 and high conductivity aluminum wire GQLHA4-675 from the as- pects of the material performance, high temperature characteristics of sag, carrying capacity and resistance loss, it proves that high conductivity aluminum wire shows better performance in high temperature characteristics of sag, car- tying capacity and resistance loss than ordinary steel Core aluminum strand, can effectively increase line transmission ability and reach the function of capacity increasing and energy conservation.
