黑河市城区以水丽城工程初步研究

Preliminary Study on Making City Beautiful with Water Heihe City

水生态工程建设是为了更好地恢复和美化环境,更好的促进黑河经济社会的发展,同时,也是为了更好地满足人们生活中对水资源的需求。但是,随着城市建设的快速发展,城市内水系和水生态环境遭到不同程度破坏,因此,为了更好恢复城市内绿水环绕的水生态环境,打造人水和谐生态文明城市。文章对黑河市城区以水丽城工程进行了简要分析。

Water ecological project constructions are to restore and beautify the environment,and promote the economic and social development in Heihe City. At the same time,also they will meet the demand for water resources in people＇s lives.However,with the rapid development of city construction, city inner water system and water ecological environment have been damaged to varying degrees. Therefore,the purpose of the constructions is to restore urban water ecological environment and make it around with green and beautiful water,building the harmony of people and water ecological civilization. This paper briefly analyzes the engineering making the city beautiful with water in Heihe City.
