摘要
塑料齿轮在不断的改进中已经广泛地应用在各种机械设备,通过分析尼龙610的材料特性并计算齿轮泵的设计参数,设计尼龙齿轮的齿轮泵。通过计算得出,尼龙610材料的强度可以实现标准齿轮泵的功率要求。尼龙齿轮的加工采用注射成型的方式,分析注射成型加工对齿轮齿形的影响,修改压力角以实现减小加工误差。
The plastic gear applied in various mechanical equipments during the persistent promotion. In this article, by analyzing the feature of Nylon 610 and calculating the parameter of gear pump, design a plastic gear in gear pump. It is confirmed that Nylon 610 can meet the requirement of standard gear pump. The machining of plastic gear is injection molding. By analyzing the tooth profile of injection molding, modify the pressure angle to diminish the deviation.
