摘要
用"等效机构法"推导了二齿差滚柱活齿传动的啮合曲线,提出了用矢量法求解激波凸轮和中心轮实际廓线的方法。运用MATLAB编程,计算了中心轮实际廓线的离散坐标点,生成IBL文件。分析了四种单参数修形方式与中心轮实际廓线曲率的关系,为中心轮齿廓修形提供了理论依据。
The matching curve of two teeth difference roller movable transmission was derived by using equivalent mechanism method. A way to figure out cam actuating and center gears profile in vector method was proposed. Programming with MATLAB to calculate the discrete coordinate of the center gears profile and the IBL files were generated. The Analysis of the relation between single parameter modification which has four different types and the curvature of the center gears profile can be a theoretical support for center gears modification.
