摘要
压力锅的安全性关系到人们的生命财产,利用大型非线性有限元分析软件MSC.Marc对结构压力锅体进行热-应力耦合有限元分析,模拟热工作工况和试验工况,得到锅体的应力分布情况,校核压力容器在热工作环境和压力环境下的强度,得出计算模型能够满足压力锅工作安全的需要。
The safety of the pressure cooker is related to people's life and property, using large-scale non-linear finite element analysis software MSC Marc, the structure of the pressure cooker body heat- stress coupling finite element analysis, simulated hot working condition and test conditions, get the pot body stress distribution, check pressure vessel under the environment of hot working environment and stress intensity, computing model can meet the needs of the pressure cooker work safety.
