摘要
分析了316L奥氏体不锈钢焊接变形产生的主要原因,针对海水淡化设备中蒸发器主要零部件的焊接结构进行了研究。通过采用合理的焊接顺序、选择合理的焊接方法,优化装配方案,较好地控制了装焊质量。该装焊质量控制措施工艺简单且易于实施,在海水淡化本体设备制造中应用,达到了预期效果。
This thesis analyzes the main reason for welding deformation of 316 L Austenite stainless steel and makes research on the welding deformation of main accessories of sea water desalination evaporator equipment. By carrying out welding in a reasonable sequence, adopting appropriate welding measure, and optimizing assembly scheme, the welding assembly quality is positively controlled. The welding quality control measure is simple and easy to implement, and it can be used in the seawater desalination equipment manufacturing, and the expected results are achieved.
