摘要
针对双向传送的橡胶输送带易跑偏的现象,从多方面分析了橡胶输送带跑偏产生的原因,提出了设置滚筒相对位置调节机构,同时选用背面中间加导向条的橡胶输送带以及在主、从动滚筒中间设计相应导向槽的防跑偏方案。该方案通过实际产品验证取得了良好的效果。
For the phenomenon that the two-way transmission rubber conveying belt is easily running deviation, this paper analysed the reasons why the rubber conveyor belt run deviation from many aspects and proposed an anti-deviation program. We can set the roller relative position adjusting mechanism, select the rubber conveyor belt which has guide strip in middle of the back, design the guide groove in the middle of the main roller or the driven roller. The scheme achieved good results by the actual product validation.
