Influence of blood transfusion on immune function of patients with malignant hematologic disease

血液病是原发于造血干细胞,或影响造血系统伴血液学异常的一类疾病,其有良性及恶性之分。对恶性血液病患者,输血是临床上重要的辅助治疗措施。输血在改善恶性血液病患者贫血症状的同时,对其临床输注效果、疾病进展、疾病预后等方面均存在影响,这是因为输血影响恶性血液病患者的免疫功能,而目前大量研究大多集中在实体瘤、手术创伤患者输血对免疫功能的影响及相关机制的探索,本文主要就输血对恶性血液病患者免疫功能的影响进行综述。

Blood disease is a type of disease of primary in the hematopoietic stem cell,or affecting hematopoietic system with hematological abnormality,and is divided into the benign and the malignant.For patients with malignant hema- tologic disease,blood transfusion is clinically the important adjuvant treatment measure.Blood transfusion can improve the symptom of anemia at the same time had influence on the clinical effect of transfusion,disease progression and prognosis,etc, for patients with hematologic disease,this is because blood transfusion affecting immune function of patients with malignant hematologic disease.At present,a large number of studies are mostly concentrated on the effect of blood transfusion on immune function of patients with solid tumor and surgical trauma and its related mechanism.The paper is mainly to do a review on the effect of blood transfusion on immune function of patients with malignant hematologic disease.
