参麦注射液对急性创伤患者心理应激水平的影响

Influence of Shenmai Injection on psychological stress level of patients with acute trauma

目的研究参麦注射液对急性创伤患者心理应激水平的影响,为临床干预治疗急性创伤患者心理问题提供参考依据。方法抽取本院2010年1月~2012年1月急诊住院的急性创伤患者60例为研究对象。按照随机分组原则,将患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采取西医常规治疗方案,治疗组采取参麦注射联合疗法,两组均给予心理护理干预。同时抽取30例健康体检者为正常组。治疗4周后,运用SCL-90量表对两组患者进行测评,分析统计结果。结果治疗4周后,对照组与正常组比较SCL-90评分,除精神病性评分外,其他项目评分以及总评分均显著高于正常组（P〈0.05）。治疗组与对照组比较SCL-90评分,除精神病性评分外,其他项目评分均优于对照组,均有显著改善（P〈0.05）。结论参麦注射液在对急性创伤患者心理应激进行早期干预,具有显著的作用,可有效、安全地稳定患者的心理应激反应,可在临床治疗中推广应用。

Objective To explore the influence of shenmai injection on psychological stress level of patients with acute trauma to provide reference proofs for clinical intervention and treatment of psychological problems for patients with acute trauma. Methods 60 patient with acute trauma who were hospitalized in department of emergency of our hospital from January 2010 to January 2012 were selected as research subjects and they were divided into treatment group （n= 30） and control group （n=30） according to the principle of random sampling.The control group was given regular treatment of western medicine,and the treatment group was given a combined treatment with Shenmai Injection.Psychological nursing intervention was provided for both groups.30 samples of health checkup were selected as normal group at the same time.After 4 weeks treatment, SCL-90 scale was applied to evaluate patients in both groups,and statistical resuits were analyzed. Results After 4 weeks treatment,in the comparison of SCL-90 score between control group and normal group,apart from the score of mental illness,score of other items and total score was significantly higher than that in normal group respectively （P〈0.05）.In the comparison of SCL-90 score between treatment group and control group,apart from the score of mental illness,score of other items was all better than that in control group respectively （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Early intervention with Shenmai Injection in psychological stress of patients with acute trauma has significantly effect,and can stabilize patients＇ psychological stress reaction effectively and safely, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical treatment.
