整体护理在老年股骨颈骨折中的应用

Application of holistic nursing in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture

目的探讨整体护理对老年股骨颈骨折患者的效果。方法选取扬州市广陵区中医院2013年1月~2014年12月收治的53例老年股骨颈骨折患者,将患者随机分成观察组和对照组。观察组给予整体护理,对照组采用骨科常规护理,调查护理后患者的满意度和并发症发生率,对护理效果进行评估。结果护理后,观察组的满意度（92.6%）明显高于对照组（61.5%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组的并发症发生率（3.8%）明显低于对照组（23.1%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对老年股骨颈骨折患者实施整体护理可提高患者满意度,降低并发症发生率,从而促进骨折愈合,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of holistic nursing for elderly patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods 53 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture who were admitted into Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Guangling District in Yangzhou City from January 2013 to December 2014 were selected,and they were randomly assigned to observation group and control group.Observation group was given holistic nursing, and control group was given orthopedic regular nursing. Satisfaction degree and incidence rate of complication after nursing was investigated respectively, and nursing effect was assessed. Results After nursing in observation group,the satisfaction rate （92.6%） was significantly higher than that in control group （61.5%）,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;incidence rate of complication （3.8%） in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group（23.1%）,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Holistic nursing for elderly patients with femoral neck facture is able to improve patients＇ satisfaction degree,reduce incidence rate of complication to promote recovery of fracture and enhance patients＇ life quality.
