2010-2014年我院超声诊断的心脏畸形发病情况

摘要 目的:探讨2010-2014年本院超声诊断的心脏畸形发病情况,为出生缺陷的监测和预防控制提供参考依据。方法:回顾性分析本院2010年1月-2014年11月超声检查发现的心脏畸形病例资料,分析其检出率规律。结果:2010年1月-2014年11月在本院超声科进行四维彩超系统筛查的胎儿共84 108人次,共筛查出心脏畸形胎儿1545例,其中含单一畸形1269例,合并畸形276例(合并2种畸形者258例,合并3种畸形者18例),总检出率为21.86‰,各类畸形检出率依次为:非四腔结构的胎儿心脏病2.41‰、四腔心观对称的胎儿心脏病9.04‰、右心增大的胎儿心脏病5.16‰、左心增大的胎儿心脏病0.99‰、胎儿心律失常1.94‰、胎儿心脏位置异常0.69‰、胎儿心脏肿瘤0.36‰、其他1.28‰,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。2010-2014年每年各类畸形的检出率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),随着年度的变化,各类畸形的检出率随年度变化的比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:心脏畸形的发病率仍在逐年增高,需引起重视。 Objective:To discuss the incidence of cardiac malformation diagnosed by ultrasound detection in a hospital from 2010 to 2014,to provide the reference for the monitoring and prevention of birth defects control. Method: The data of cardiac malformation diagnosed by ultrasound detection was collected in a hospital from January 2010 to November 2014, the rules of the detection rate were analyzed. Result:From January 2010 to November 2014, 1545 cases of cadiac malformation were detected from 84 108 fetuses, the total rate was 21.86‰, the rate of fetal heart disease with four cavity structure was 2.41‰, the rate of fetal heart four chamber view symmetry was 9.04‰, the rate of right ventricular enlargement of fetal congenital heart disease was 5.16‰, the rate of left ventricular enlargement of fetal congenital heart disease was 0.99‰, the rate of fetal arrhythmia was 1.94‰, the rate of fetal cardiac malposition was 0.69‰, the rate of fetal cardiac tumors was 0.36‰,and others was 1.28‰, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.001).There were differences between the detection rate of each deformity from 2010 to 2014(P〈0.001).With the annual change,the detection rate of all types of maiformations were not statistically significant(P〉0.05).Conclusion: The incidence of cardiac malformation is still rising year on year,we should pay attention to it.
