随着社会的发展和人类的进步,人们对健康的关注度日益密切,对疾病的预防、治疗、护理的要求也更高。护患沟通是护士在护理工作中与服务对象建立的人际关系,为共同维护健康和促进健康而进行的沟通。决定护理服务品质优劣的首要依据是无护患纠纷,而80%的护患纠纷都是由于沟通不良或沟通障碍所引起。在急诊,患者及家属与医护人员接触时间短,还来不及建立良好的信任感,以至于他们对每个细微环节都特别敏感,因此,本人觉得护患沟通在急诊护理工作中是容易被忽视而又非常重要的东西。
