两造船厂一线员工锰暴露状况评价

摘要 目的:分析某两大型船厂一线员工的尿锰接触水平,以了解造船业锰对职工健康的影响,为制定锰中毒防治策略和措施提供科学根据。方法:采集一线员工晨尿250 m L,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法进行尿锰含量测定。结果:A工厂尿锰含量>10μg/L的人数达69.1%,B工厂尿锰含量>10μg/L人数达67.1%,两厂统计尿锰含量>10μg/L人数达67.6%。结论:锰对该两造船企业的一线员工的健康有一定影响,应加强职业卫生工作管理,改善工作环境,加强个体防护措施,以保障工人的健康。 Objective:To understand the effect of manganese on the worker's health by analysis on the level of manganese in urine of the line staff in two ship factories.Method:The concentration of the line staff's urinasanguinis was determined by Graphite Furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry.Result:The percentage whose urine manganese more than 10 μg/L by in A,B factories was 69.1% and 67.1%,respectively,the total percentage was 67.6%.Conclusion:The manganese has some influence on the line staff's health in the two shipbuilding.The occupational health administration should increase.
