摘要
针对供应链上、下游企业在中间产品定价上存在博弈过程这一问题,运用中间产品动态价格振荡系统及现代控制理论中的最优控制方法,以一个供应商两个下游企业的供应链为模型,在中间产品单一定价和差别定价两种情形下寻求供应链整体和各节点企业实现利润最大化的途径.建立了供应链最优控制模型,给出了动态规划求解方法,并通过实例验证了模型的可行性.本模型提供了一种动态的供应链最优化方法,同时也为研究多级供应链最优控制及链中各企业的利益分配创造了条件.
To deal with the gambling process in the pricing of intermediate products in the downstream and upstream enterprises on the supply chain, the dynamic price oscillation system of intermediate products and the optimal control method in the modem control theory were adopted, the supply chain with one supplier and two downstream enterprises was taken as the model, and the approach to realize the profit maximization of both entire supply chain and each node enterprise under two conditions of universal pricing and differential pricing of intermediate products was sought. The optimal control model for supply chain was established, the dynamic programming algorithm was given, and the feasibility of the model was verified with the examples. The proposed model provides a dynamic optimal method for supply chain, and creates the conditions for the study on the optimal control of multi-stage supply chain and profit distribution of each enterprise in the chain at the same time.
