The Interaction and Optimization of Population Size and Industrial Structure:Taking Nanjing as an Example

人口规模扩张既可能通过扩大市场需求空间促进产业结构升级,又可能使产业结构调整面临更严格的资源环境约束。同样产业结构调整也会对人口规模产生双向影响。实现二者协调互动的基本思路在于:一方面,稳健调整人口增长政策,保持人口规模适度增长;另一方面,转变产业发展方式,坚持低碳发展模式。

Population increasing can not only promote the upgrading of the industrial structure through expanding the market demands,but also make the industrial structure adjustment face more stringent environmental constraints.Meanwhile,the adjustment of industrial structure will also have some corresponding impact on population size.The basic idea to achieve both coordination and interaction is,on the one hand,to adjust the policy of the population growth to maintain a moderate growth;on the other hand,to change the mode of industrial development to adhere the low-carbon development model.
