摘要
探索中职与应用型本科的有效衔接机制是江苏省现代职业教育体系建设试点项目的主要目的。分析了"3+4"衔接培养土木工程高层次技术技能人才的必要性、可行性。以金陵科技学院土木工程专业"3+4"项目为例,从项目的组织领导、分段培养目标的确定、课程体系的构建、各种能力的培养、教学组织与质量管理、学生教育管理等方面入手,提出分段衔接培养的策略和衔接机制。
Exploring an effective mechanism to connect secondary vocational education and application-oriented universities was the main purpose of pilot project in modern vocational education system construction of Jiangsu province.This article analyzes the necessity and feasibility of training the civil engineering high-level technical skilled talents with the mode of"3+4"connection.Taking the project"3+4"in the civil engineering major of Jinling Institute of Technology as an example,from the organization and leadership of the project,the determination of the piecewise training targets,the construction of the curriculum system,the training of all abilities,the teaching organization and quality management,and the students education management,etc.,the paper proposes implementation strategy and connection mechanism of talents cultivation mode of piecewise connection.
