摘要
主要分析了影响原子荧光光度法测定水中汞含量的因素,通过实验找到各影响因素的不确定度,并分析说明,阐述了合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。实验结果表明,影响原子荧光法测定水中汞含量不确定度的因素是工作曲线带来的不确定度。
In this paper, the effects of Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry Determination of mercury in water factors, through the experiments find the influencing factors of uncertainty, and analyze in detail. The combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty. The experimental results show that the uncertainty of the determination of mercury in water by atomic fluorescence spectrometry is the uncertainty of the working curve.
