摘要
综合分析折弯机的滑块结构,并对其进行优化设计,以提高折弯机的工作性能。对影响折弯机滑块直线度的因素进行了探讨,滑块弹性变形的理论数据为折弯机滑块的结构设计提供了理论指导和依据,结合折弯机的实际情况,使用软件建立了有限元分析模型,分析了其受力情况和敏感度,说明了各模型尺寸与弹性变形的数据关系,以此制订可行的优化方案。
Comprehensive analysis of the bending machine of the slider structure, and its optimization design, in order to improve the performance of the bending machine. Has carried on the discussion to the factors that influence the straightness of the bending machine slider, slider elastic deformation theory data for the structure design of bending machine slider provides theoretical guidance and basis, combined with the actual situation of the bending machine, finite element analysis model was established by using software, analyzed the force sensitivity and illustrates the model size and the elastic deformation of the relational data, in order to formulate feasible optimization scheme.
