摘要
介绍了线损、节能等概念,从计量方式的合理化、配电系统的先进化和节能系统的科技化、技术运用的广泛化等方面,对供用电工程设计的节能措施进行了分析和探究,给出了技能降损的具体措施,找出了供电公司电网线损管理中存在的问题及其产生的原因,并从管理体系、技术体系和保证体系等方面提出了一系列解决供用电线损管理问题的对策。
