剖析一例经营死因不明动物案

Discussion on a Case about Dealing with Animals Died of Unknown Reasons

目前随意丢弃或贩卖病死或死因不明动物现象时有发生,对公共卫生和养殖业造成威胁。本文以一例经营并随意处置死因不明动物以及垫料包装物案为例,介绍了案件的发生及处理经过,探讨了案件办理过程中存在的问题,并提出了处理建议。

At present,random discarding animals died of diseases or unknown reasons were often found,thus threat-ening the public health and animal farming industry. A case about dealing with and random disposal of animals died of unknown reason and the packages was discussed in this paper as an example. The problems existed in the process of the case handling were studied,and considerations and suggestions were proposed.
