摘要
村级动物防疫员是基层动物防疫工作的重要力量。在动物疫病防控新形势下,巫山县探索实践了村级动物防疫员委托防疫新机制和"绩效考核与防疫委托酬金挂钩"新办法,基本稳定了村级动物防疫员队伍,但也存在着防疫员文化水平低、年龄偏大、业务能力差等突出问题。结合巫山县近年来加强村级动物防疫员队伍建设的做法,提出了对策建议,以期为其他地区的村防疫员队伍建设提供参考。
The village animal epidemic prevention team is the backbone of the grass-roots animal epidemic preven-tion work. Under the new animal disease prevention and control situation,Wushan county explored and practiced the accredited epidemic prevention mechanism for the village animal epidemic prevention staff and the new method of“linking the performance appraisal with the epidemic prevention accreditation remuneration”. Thereafter,the vil-lage animal epidemic prevention team was stable,but there were also several prominent problems such as low educa-tion level,old ages,and poor professional ability in the staff. In order to provide reference for the village level animal epidemic prevention team construction,the author summarizes the practical work in recent years,analyses the short-comings and put forward some countermeasures to solve the problems.
