摘要
研究了仪器稳定性、器皿洁净性、除水性、试剂等因素对用红外分光光度法测定水质中石油类的影响,并提出相应的消除措施。探讨了简化分析步骤的方法,将无水硫酸钠除水过程用干玻璃棉(直接在分液漏斗颈内塞入一小团玻璃棉)代替,操作简单,同时减少了四氯化碳的挥发,节省了无水硫酸钠的用量,而分析的精密度和准确度均能满足要求,适用于水中石油类的测定。
The stability of the instrument,cleanliness of utensils,dehydration,reagents and other influence factors were investigated for water quality determining of oil by infrared spectrophotometry. In addition, the measures to eliminate these effects were studied. The sample was treated by replacing anhydrous sodium sulfate with dry glass wool which was inserted into the separatory funnel neck for filtration and dewatering. Through these improvements,the volatilization of carbon tetrachloride and the consumption of anhydrous soudium sulfate were reduced while the precision and the accuracy could meet the requirements. The method was suitble to determining oil in water.
