近年来,随着哈尔滨空气污染日益严重,可吸入颗粒物和二氧化硫等污染物正在影响人们的生活和健康。依据近些年哈尔滨的空气质量监测数据,运用空气污染综合指数法和污染负荷系数法对空气质量进行分析,掌握哈尔滨空气污染规律。并针对哈尔滨空气质量的特点,提出若干治理空气质量的建议。这将有助于制定合理的、科学的大气污染防治措施和改善哈尔滨的空气质量。

In recent years,with the increasingly serious air pollution,Inhalable particulate matter and sulfur dioxide pollution are affecting people’s life and health in Harbin. On the basis of air quality monitoring data of recent years in Harbin, we used air pollution index and pollution load coefficient method to evaluate the air quality and put forward suggestions of air quality management according to the characteristics of air quality in Harbin city.
