Research progress of high purity aluminum

超高纯铝比原铝具有更好的导电性、延展性、反射性和抗腐蚀性,在电子工业及航空航天等领域有着广泛用途,目前国内只有极少数厂家能够生产纯度达99.999%(质量分数)的高纯铝。主要介绍了国内外生产高纯铝的企业、主要生产工艺及生产设备,对国内外高纯及超高纯铝的研究现状及进展情况进行了分析总结。

Ultra high purity aluminum than aluminum has better electric conductivity and ductility,reflectivity,and corro-sion resistance,which has been widely used in the electronic industry,aerospace industry,etc.Currently,only a few man-ufacturers in China can produce high purity aluminum with a purity of 99.999%.The domestic and foreign production en-terprises of high purity aluminum,the main production process,and production equipment were introduced.And the do-mestic and foreign present high purity and ultra-high purity aluminum research situation and progress were summarized.
