摘要
以熔喷聚丙烯无纺布(MBPP)为基材,甲基丙烯酸十二酯(LMA)为单体,过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,通过化学接枝改性制备了LMA-g-MBPP吸油材料。利用正交试验与单因素分析,得到优化的制备工艺条件:单体(LMA)质量分数4%,引发剂(BPO)质量分数3%,反应温度70℃,反应时间120 min。制备的LMA-g-MBPP吸油材料,最大接枝率为11.6%,最大饱和吸附率为12.0 g/g,最大保油率为9.3 g/g。
A kind of modified melt-blown polypropylene non-woven (LMA-g-MBPP) oil absorption material is made by grafting with lauryl methacrylate (LMA) as the monomer, benzoyl peroxide (BPO) as the initiator. Experimental program is optimized by orthogonal experiment and the maximum grafting ratio is obtained by univariate analytical methods. The results show that the best process conditions are monomer mass concentration 4%, initiator mass concentration 3%, reacting at 70℃ for 120 min. The LMA-g- MBPP oil absorption material is obtained with the maximum grafting rate 11.6%, the maximum saturated adsorption rate 12.0 g/g, and the maximum retention oil rate 9.3 g/g.
