论少数民族流动人口的城市适应问题

Bottleneck of Adaptation and Integration into of Urban Ethnic Floating Population

随着改革开放的深入和城市化进程加快,城市少数民族流动人口迅速增多,少数民族人口在城市的适应与融入问题令人关注。文章在简述城市少数民族流动人口现状的基础上,分析阻碍少数民族流动人口城市适应与融入的主客观因素,提出了加快少数民族人口的城市适应与融入的相关对策建议。

With process of reform and open and faster urbanization,ethnic floating population rapidly increases,which causes the problem of adaptation and integration. This paper describes current situation of urban ethnic floating population and analyses reason why ethnic floating population cannot easily adapt the city life. What＇s more,it gives out solutions and suggestions.
