摘要
成都来福士广场T3塔楼建筑立面存在大开洞、斜向悬挑及收进等,造成结构平面和竖向均不规则。本工程为复杂超限结构,采用带斜撑的密排柱框架+核心筒结构体系。介绍了设计过程中针对工程超限情况及复杂性因素所采取的设计思路、结构措施以及重要构件的抗震性能设计目标,进行了整体结构小震弹性及竖向构件的中震弹性设计,并采用动力弹塑性分析以及振动台试验对结构在大震作用下的抗震性能进行了论证。研究结果表明,设计中采取的措施有效减小了结构在地震作用下的不利响应,实现了所提出的各项抗震性能目标,整体结构的抗震性能得到了有力保证。
The T3 tower of Raffles City in Chengdu is an out-of-code complex structure with planar and vertical irregularities due to large openings in facade, oblique cantilever and setback. The structural system of the tower is bracing frame with dense columns and core tube. The design ideas, structural measures were introduced as well as the performance-based seismic design objectives of the critical components to solve out-of-code problems and complexity factors in design. The elastic design of the whole structure under the frequent earthquake was carried out and elastic design of vertical members under the fortification earthquake was taken. The dynamic elastic-plastic analysis and shake table test were taken to study the seismic performance of the tower under the rare earthquake. The research results show that the structural measures can effectively decrease the adverse effects of the structure due to the earthquake. Besides, the performance-based seismic design objectives were achieved and seismic performance of the whole structure is absolutely assured by structural measures.
