摘要
成都来福士广场T4塔楼为不规则复杂超限结构,立面独特,结构形式复杂。塔楼包含型钢混凝土结构及钢结构,存在较多转换构件、立面斜撑。对项目的结构形式、设计难点进行了介绍,并采用SATWE,ETABS软件对结构弹性阶段进行了计算,结果表明结构主要指标满足规范要求;针对结构超限情况采取了相应的加强措施,对立面斜撑、大跨转换梁及梁上开洞等问题进行了研究,并对整体结构进行了弹塑性分析,结果表明结构抗震性能满足规范要求。最后根据振动台试验结果,对结构薄弱部位进行了加强,确保实现结构抗震性能目标。
The T4 tower of Raffles City in Chengdu is a complex out-of-code structure with unique facade and complex structural systems. The tower consists of SRC and steel structure as well as transferring members aud diagonal hraces. The structural systems and design difficulties were introduced. The elastic-stage calculation results by SATWE arnt ETABS show that the main indices can meet the requirements of the codes The corresponding strengthening measures were taken on out-of-code conditions. The diagonal braces, large-span transferring beams and beam openings were studied. And the elastic-plastic analysis was carried out on the overall structure. The results show that the structural seismic performance can meet the requirements of the codes. According to the shaking table test results, the weak parts of the structure were strengthened to ensure the realization of structural seismic performance objectives.
