摘要
介绍了达美中心广场大底盘多塔楼结构的基础设计。在基础设计时,运用变刚度调平的设计理念,采用协同分析计算的方法,增强塔楼基础、弱化裙房基础。两栋150m高塔楼采用桩基础,两栋100m高塔楼采用CFG桩复合地基,裙房采用天然地基。塔楼核心筒下和外框架柱下按不同桩长及不同桩间距分别布桩,不同的区域实现不同的承载能力和支承刚度,减小了差异沉降、底板内力和上部结构次应力。
The foundation design of Damei center plaza in Beijing which is a structure combined by muhi-tower within a large podium was introduced. During the foundation design process, the principle of variable rigidity design was practiced that based on collaborative analyzing calculation to enhance tower foundation while keep podium basis in relatively weaken condition. Pile foundation was applied to two 150-meter-high towers, CFG pile foundation was implemented for two 100- meter-high towers and natural foundation supported podium structure. Meanwhile, the tower core and outer frame columns were separately sustained by different piles in different length and different spacing arrangement to achieve different carrying capacity and support stiffness, which benefits to reduce the differential settlement, base slab internal force and the upper structure stress.
