氧化铁纳米棒的制备、表征及磁性研究 被引量:1

摘要 以三氯化铁为铁源,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为表面活性剂,合成了氧化铁纳米棒,并用X-射线衍射仪﹑扫描电子显微镜﹑透射电子显微镜和磁学测量系统对其进行了表征。结果表明:水热法所制备的氧化铁纳米棒平均直径约为70 nm,长度约300 nm,其剩余磁感应强度为0.07 emu/g,矫顽力为2300 Oe,具有一定的铁磁性。 The Iron oxide nanorods were successfully prepared by hydrothermal method, which were produced by using Fe Cl3·6H2O as raw material. Their structure and morphology of the prepared products have been characterized with X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscope(SEM), transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and magnetometer(SQUID-VSM). The results show that the diameter and the length of the nanorods are 70 nm and 300 nm, respectively. The magnetic investigation shows that the synthesized Iron oxide nanorod exhibits ferromagnetic property at room temperature.
