探索宜兴紫泥与钦州坭兴窑变技术的结合——以电窑窑变为例

Exploration in the Combination of Yixing Purple Clay and Qinzhou Nixing Kiln Technique——The Electric kiln Fambe Technique as an Example

目前宜兴紫砂窑变基本用氧化气氛的电窑烧制,而坭兴陶窑变则采用电窑还原烧制的较多,它们采用各自的窑变技法,出现不同的色泽与纹路效果。宜兴紫砂泥用坭兴窑变技术来烧制,得出的一些实验成果表明,宜兴紫泥成品表面色泽和纹路有自己独特的效果与坭兴陶截然不同,出现赭石﹑深咖啡色和灰黑色等光亮渐变色有很好的欣赏价值。该窑变技术研究目的为了找出窑变规律,提高质量与成功率,为今后宜兴与坭兴紫砂艺术的创新发展给予一定程度的借鉴与参考。

At present, the most Yixing purple clay basically adopts the oxidative electric kiln, Nixing pottery fambe mainly adopts the reductive firing electric kiln. The different fambe technique is adopted, and the different own color and texture appear. The experiment result that Yixing purple clay adopts Nixing fambe technique states the work surface of Yixing purple clay has own unique color and texture, it is different with Nixing pottery; ochre, dark bronze and grayish black appear and it is valuable to appreciate. The purpose of researching the fambe technique find out the fambe regular, improve the quality of ceramics and the success rate, it will provide some references of the innovation and development of Yixing＇ and Nixing＇s purple clay art.
