摘要
针对高海拔地区中压成套开关设备普遍存在绝缘水平及机械性能下降等问题,对高海拔地区环境对中压成套开关设备性能的影响进行了研究。分析了高海拔地区中压成套开关设备试验验证方法以及目前存在的技术问题,并结合国内高海拔中压成套开关设备的设计与制造经验,通过样机试制及试验验证提出了高海拔地区中压成套开关设备的技术设计要求及设计选型思路,研究结果表明,中压成套开关设备采用全工况、加强绝缘、增大爬距、选择通过环境试验的元器件等多项措施后,可满足在高海拔环境试验的要求,试验结果为今后高海拔地区中压成套开关设备的设计与选型提供依据。
Aiming at the insulation level and mechanical properties of medium voltage switchgear were decreased in higher altitude,and the elevation influence on the properties of medium voltage switchgear was studied. The test mothed and technical problems of medium voltage switchgear in higher altitude were also analyzed in this paper. From the analysis dates,combined with the domestic design and manufacturing experience,the technical requirements and selection thinking of medium voltage switchgear in higher altitude were proposed. The results indicate that the medium voltage switchgear can meet the needs of application in high altitude with full condition,strengthen insulation,increasing the creepage distance,choice the components through the environmental test etc. The result will supply the design and type selection of medium voltage switchgear in high altitude.
