摘要
本文合成了一种对丙酸钠苯氧基和乙酸钠氨基混合取代聚磷腈PEMP。并用IR、1HNMR、31PNMR、TGA、GPC等方法表征分析;体外降解实验表明该聚合物在类似人体的温度和PH条件下能够很好地降解;通过调节两种亲核试剂的比例,可在一定范围内调控PEMP的特性粘度和水降解稳定性。
In this article,a kind of polyphosphazene,poly[( sodium carboxylatoethylphenoxy / sodium glycine) phosphazene]was synthesized. This polymer was characterized by IR,^1HNMR,^31PNMR,TGA and GPC. Degradation experiment in vitro indicated this polyphosphazene can be well degraded under body temperature and PH. The intrinsic viscosity and stability in water of PEMP can be regulated within limit by the ratio of the two? nucleophilic? reagents.
