在我国建设新农村的过程中,一方面,农村出现了文化产业的萌芽;另一方面,农村原有的文化体制落后,与农村文化产业发展趋势不相适应。由于农村文化产业自身具有的二重属性和多种功能,决定了发展文化产业是农村文化体制改革的重要出口与路径。关注农村文化产业发展的新趋势,在发展农村文化产业过程中推进农村文化体制改革,对落实新农村建设具有重要意义。

In the process of constructing new countryside in China,on one hand seeds of rural cultural industries have emerged;on the other hand,original cultural institutions in rural areas lag behind,which cannot adapt to the development trend of cultural industry. The duality of rural cultural industry and its multiple functions determine that developing cultural industry is an important path of refor-ming rural cultural institution.It is significant to focus on the new trend of rural cultural industry development and promote the reform of rural cultural institution,so as to implement new countryside construction smoothly.
