On the Founder of Karma Kargyu Sect: Karmapa Dusum Chenpa

噶玛巴·都松钦巴是藏传佛教噶玛噶举派黑帽系的第一世活佛,也是该派的创始人。他兴建了噶玛噶举派上下二主寺——噶玛寺、楚浦寺。他一生致力于弘扬佛法,利益众生,不仅得到世人的敬仰,也为噶玛噶举派的发展奠定了坚实的基础。

Karmapa Dusum Chenpa was the first incarnated Lama and the founder of the Kagyul Sect（ black hat）. He founded the two main monasteries of this sect--- Karma monastery and Tsupu monastery. He also dedicated his whole life to the work of preaching Dharma and helping other beings. Thus,he gained respect and adoration from the people,which helped him to build a strong foundation for the widespread of the Karma Kargyu Sect.
