主卷扬的布置对旋挖钻机动臂变幅机构铰点受力特性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 旋挖钻机主卷扬既可以安装在回转平台上,也可以安装在钻桅下部。为研究主卷扬的布置对动臂变幅机构各铰点受力特性的影响,基于动静法建立主卷扬位于回转平台上动臂变幅机构铰点受力的数学模型;当主卷扬位于钻桅下部时,铰点受力视为主卷扬位于回转平台上的一个特例。在Simulink仿真平台上构建基于MATLAB函数的仿真模型,并进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明:与主卷扬位于钻桅下部动臂变幅机构各铰点受力相比较,主卷扬位于回转平台上动臂变幅机构各铰点受力较小。 The main winch of rotary drilling rig is mounted not only on the platform,but also on the lower part of drilling mast. The effect of mount position of the main winch on the mechanical performance of hinge points of the lift-arm luffing mechanism are discussed in this paper. A mathematic model of hinge point of the lift-arm luffing mechanism is established with the main winch mounted on the platform. With the main winch mounted on the lower part of drilling mast,the force on hinge points is an exception of that with the main winch mounted on the platform. A simulation model is built up and analyzed in Simulink of MATLAB software. The results show that,compared with the force of hinge points of the main winch mounted on lower part of drilling mast,the force of hinge points with the main winch mounted on the platform is smaller.
