通过实验为企业量身定制电路板生产蚀刻工序排放含铜废液的波美度与铜含量的对照表,利用波美计测定排放蚀刻液波美度,经波美度对照表快速查阅蚀刻液铜含量百分比。该方法具有不消耗化学试剂、对实验条件低、快速、简便等优点。

Based on the establishment of the Baume degree sequence value table of the copper spent etchant by Baume＇ hydrometer, the copper content in PCB spent etchant can be achieved rapidly. This method is easy to operate with less reagent consumption,high accuracy and rapid speed.
