摘要 随着电路板行业的高精度化、高密度化、微小孔径化的发展,虽然激光加工应用越来越多,机械数控加工仍然是主流方法,刀具的使用与管理仍然是一个值得研究的课题。目前中小企业广泛采用的刀具退环方法大多数是手工完成,不仅效率低,而且会对刀具环造成一定的损伤,无法再次使用。本文就是以此为切入点进行研究分析,主要目的就是为了提高管理意识、保证刀具环的使用状态,从而保证刀具的使用效果,并达到提高工作效率的目的。 With the fast development of the PCB industry, the development of high precision, high density is becoming the mainstream trend. Although the application of laser processing technology is applied more and more widely, NC machine is still the mainstream methods and means. Using and managing tools is still a worthy research subject. Most of the current tool widely used in enterprise retreat ring method is done manually, which is not only low efficiency, but also has the concern of the cutter ring caused damage, which can not be used again. Therefore, we set up the project technology research, with the main purpose to ensure that the cutter ring operating state, so as to ensure that the tool use effect, and achieve the purpose of raising the work efficiency.
