摘要
[目的]研究水杨酸对3个品种扶芳藤抗旱性的影响。[方法]在水胁迫条件下,用0(对照CK)、0.5、2.0、5.0 mmol/L浓度的水杨酸对3个品种的扶芳藤叶面进行处理,通过测定总叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量、过氧化物酶(POD)活性研究3个品种扶芳藤种质材料的抗旱性。[结果]喷施浓度为2.0 mmol/L水杨酸时大叶扶芳藤的抗旱性最强,喷施浓度为0.5 mmol/L水杨酸时花叶扶芳藤的抗旱性最强,喷施浓度为5.0 mmol/L水杨酸时小叶扶芳藤的抗旱性最强。[结论]该研究为扶芳藤抗旱性提供理论依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effect of salicylic acid on the drought resistance of three varieties of Euonymus fortunei Hand.. [Method]Under the condition of water stress,with 0( comparing CK),0. 5,2. 0,5. 0 mmol / L of salicylic acid on the leaf surface of three varieties of Euonymus fortunei Hand. for spraying process. The drought resistance of the three varieties of Euonymus fortunei Hand. were studied by measuring content of total chlorophyll,content of soluble sugar,content of superoxide dismutase( SOD) and activity of peroxidase( POD).[Result]2. 0 mmol/L of salicylic acid made"big leaf"Euonymus fortunei Hand. strongest drought resistance,0. 5 mmol/L of salicylic acid made"floral leaf"Euonymus fortunei Hand. strongest drought resistance,5. 0 mmol / L of salicylic acid made "small leaf"Euonymus fortunei Hand. strongest drought resistance.[Conclusion]The study provides the theoretical basis for the drought resistance of Euonymus fortunei Hand..
