ATAD工艺对养猪废液的无害化研究

摘要 [目的]研究ATAD工艺对养猪废液的无害化处理。[方法]利用ATAD系统处理养猪场废水中的病原菌,研究进泥浓度、搅拌速度和曝气量对ATAD系统灭菌效果的影响,同时考察了各菌群数随时间、温度的变化情况。[结果]采用ATAD工艺处理养猪废水的最佳工况:进泥浓度VSS为35 g/L,最佳曝气量为25-32 L/h,最佳搅拌量为180-190 r/min。[结论]应用ATAD工艺对养猪废水进行无害化处理,蛔虫卵的去除率可达100%,总菌群数、粪大肠菌群数、粪链球菌群数的去除率可达99.9%以上,无害化效果良好。 [Objective]To study harmless processing of swine wastewater ATAD process. [Method]ATAD system was used to treat pathogenic bacteria in swine wastewater. The influences of mud concentration,mixing speed and aeration amount to the sterilization effect of ATAD were studied. Meanwhile,we studied the change of bacteria amount with time and temperature. [Result] The best condition for ATAD treating swine wastewater was that the mud concentration was 35 g / L,and the mixing speed was 180- 190 r / min,and the aeration amount was 25-32 L / h. [Conclusion]When applying ATAD process for achieving harmlessness of swine wastewater,the removal rate of ascaris eggs reached100%,and the removal rates of total bacteria amount,fecal coliform and fecal streptococcus all reached more than 99. 9%. The harmlessness effect was satisfactory.
